Deelrijk is an independent project consultancy firm focused on hydrogen. We initiate, guide, and realize hydrogen projects & source experts. Deelrijk stands for sharing knowledge and enriching each other by working together on solutions, both within and outside our organization.

Together with our partners, we develop and realize green hydrogen production sites, hydrogen storage and transport systems, and are involved in the establishment of hydrogen refueling stations (HRS).

We see converting sustainable energy into transportable high-quality gas as an important way to contribute to the energy transition.

As a regional expert, I am involved in the introduction of hydrogen in the logistics sector to facilitate the transition to zero-emission logistics. Hydrogen is becoming increasingly relevant due to the growing shortage of electrical grid capacity. I find it very enjoyable to work on this together with this group of enthusiastic and skilled people.

I am currently working at Gasunie as a PMO coordinator for the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) department. It is an exciting project with a lot of room for innovation and development. The experts we source contribute to sustainable energy projects. We do this in the fields of hydrogen, wind energy, heat networks, solar energy and infrastructure. We focus mainly on roles in the project development phase.

We match supply and demand through a skills-based approach. We don’t just look at the resumé, but focus on skills for new technology, targeted training and task splitting. This way we can find the right experts for our clients' sustainable energy projects.

The climate goals, as established in Brussels and The Hague, mean that we will have to carry out major energy transition projects in the coming years. To manage all of this within the private sector and the government at local, regional, and national levels, we need to have the right expertise.

We do this, among others, in the fields of hydrogen, wind energy, heat networks, solar energy, and infrastructure. We also play an important role in the assessment of permit applications, the management of projects where the government is part of public-private partnerships, and in the field of grant provision.

In addition to sharing knowledge, we also provide coaching and guidance on the job if needed. Even though you are not employed by Deelrijk, we do treat you like a colleague.
